Effulgence

What better day to toast to effulgence than the winter solstice, the day we anticipate having more light, and welcome back radiance and brightness.

Effulgence 'comes from the Latin verb fulgēre, meaning "to shine," it's reserved for shininess that dazzles, inspires', according to the Merriam Webster online dictionary.
