I know this looks like a science experiment, but it's a ginger-lemon-turmeric drink I recently made from a recipe in a magazine. I liked the effect, and tried to capture it, but the turmeric was dropping fast.
Though not bad, this 'good-for-you' drink definitely looks more delectable than it tastes. It was not the recipe I'd meant when I asked my husband to scan it for me, though both were ginger based.
The drink my taste buds were hoping for was the one called "SPARKLING TANGAWIZI" which I have since found and kept for a later date.
